Statement Of Beliefs

Our beliefs are solely based on the Bible which we take to be the authoritative and infallible Word of God, divinely inspired by the Holy Spirit. cf. 2 Timothy 3:16,17; 2 Peter 1:19-21; John 5:39; Matt 24:35.

We believe in One God, eternally existing in three Persons; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, that he is the Son of God; in his virgin birth, in his sinless life, in his miracles, in his atoning death and his bodily resurrection and ascension to the right hand of the Father.

We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ.

We believe in the Person and work of the Holy Spirit and his gifts and fruit in the church.

We believe in the essential need of the new birth by faith in Jesus Christ.

We believe in baptism by immersion in water in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit for all believers

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a separate experience from the new birth for all believers.

We believe in all believers sharing bread and wine to remember the Lord's death until he returns.

We believe divine healing and health, divine protection and divine provision is available for all believers.

We believe God loves every individual person on the earth, regardless of race, colour, culture, background or beliefs, and desires for them to be brought back into relationship with him.
